Is there any way to widen my alar base after it was excessively cut during my first rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Is it possible to reconstruct and widen my alar base after excessive tissue removal during my first rhinoplasty? I want to restore nose width and make my nostril openings larger as much as possible.I’m also experiencing difficulty breathing through my nose. Can reconstruction improve my breathing?

Based on your photos, which are a little hard to see, you would be able to get the enhancement on the bridge that you seek. It's hard to take nasal bones outward, but some width can be added. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
