Good Question.  Sagging skin around the mouth can be taken care of with lifting the skin of the face. There are many terms to define this procedure - Lifestyle  lift, mini lift, lower facelift, etc.  Whatever your surgeon calls it, it sis basically all very similar procedures.  This.
