This is a modified facelift that can be performed in the office with a local anesthetic and improve signs of aging around the neck, jawbone and lower face. Good Question.  Sagging skin around the mouth can be taken care of with lifting the skin of the face. There are many terms to define this procedure - Lifestyle  lift, mini lift, lower facelift, etc.  Whatever your surgeon calls it, it sis basically all very similar procedures.  This. Can be performed under local anesthesia as well.  As for as your forehead, this procedure is performed for low eyebrows.  Your question can be better answered if you had photos.  Hope this helps.
