A filler would be a good starting point with minimal downtime and be done in an office setting.
There are a few nonsurgical treatment options to improve lip asymmetry. One option is to consider injectable hyaluronic gel such as Restylane or Juvederm Ultra. Sometimes it is not just injecting the lip itself, but many of the supporting structures around the lip to help improve asymmetry. For the upper lip, these structures include the philtral columns, pyriform fossa, and the cutaneous upper lip. Another option is to consider skin tightening procedures such as microfocused ultrasound, Ultherapy, to the skin above the lip. This can help to stimulate collagen and results in eversion of the lip on the smaller side. I would recommend to consult with your dermatologist or plastic surgeon to determine which is the best option for you. Warmest regards,Dr. Peterson
Injectable hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm Ultra or Restylane can help even out natural volume irregularities in the lips. Make sure that you consult with an experienced injector!
Typically, some type of temporary filler to the smaller side will take care of your situation! I would try Restyane or Juvederm Ultra.
Thank you for your question. As others have stated the injection of a hyaluronic acid filler such as rest 11 can be used to help improve your lip asymmetry. Personally I would not use Botox because I could not reliably and accurately correct this asymmetry with Botox.

Botox, or other neuromodulators (such as Dysport or Xeomin), is your best option for treating the "11" lines. Botox is a very well tolerated, and relatively low risk, procedure that provides extremely satisfying results. Serious side effects would be very rare, especially when being...
It can take up to two weeks for the initial dose of Botox to take effect. I would recommend waiting until this time before considering a touch up, as this will ensure the initial treatment is fully evident. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
