There very yellow and I'm only 21 I'm very paranoid about them and can't do many things my freinds do it has Ruiend my life help me please

I am concerned how you say your smile has ruined your life.The person most aware of your teeth is you and making the teeth whiter will improve the look. The biggest effepc we see in patients with cosmetic dentistry is in personal self confidence. What changes most in life is how you see yourself, not just how your teeth look.Do not let the appearance of your teeth ruin your life. A good attitude and outlook is far more important than how yellow your teeth look to you.

You could explorer options of braces, veneers, crowns etc to achieve the desired goals and you can take baby steps for the final result. Best of luck

Or a combination of Zoom and bleaching trays.Discuss this with your dentist, as when he sees your teeth he will be the best one able to offer you the advice that will give you the results you are seeking.
