The umbilicus hernia only creates a very small (grape size) protruding area. The umbilical hernia repair will just solve the hernia problem but will not tighten the lax layer of your abdomen.  The umbilical repair also makes it more difficult to do a full tummy tuck in the future.

Your pictures demonstate abdominal wall prominence probably related to spreading of the abdominal wall muscles with pregnancy.  This appearance will not change with hernia repair.You will do best by dropping to your long-term stable weight (if you are not there already) prior to proceeding with any type of body contouring surgery.   I would also suggest that you continue to work on  achieving your long-term stable weight, continue to save up for the tummy tuck procedure, select your plastic surgeon carefully ( based on demonstrable experience achieving the type of outcome you will be pleased with) and have the procedure performed when you are physically, psychosocially, financially, and emotionally “stable”.    Umbilical hernia repair is commonly performed at the same time as tummy tuck surgery.   I hope this, and the attached link, helps.
