Without rotating the tip of the nose what are my opinions for shortening a long nose? (radix to bottom of nose) Could you please explain the process also and how these methods are achieved Thanks

Answer: Shortening the nose
You have to be very specific about what you want. Taking down the dorsal hump will lower the overall height and "starting" point of the nose. Removing caudal septum can help as well and that can also raise you tip which it too low.

Answer: Shortening a long nose
There are only two ways to shorten the vertical height of the any nose. The first technique is to lower the bridge at the radix,so the new superior starting point of the nose is lower at the top. The other method to shorten the nose is to reduce any prominent caudal septal show and nasal spine by trimming back a hanging columella.
