My Nose is Too Wide and Big?

Question

my nose also extends too much when i smile. This leads me to the embarracement when i face people.. I want to know that rhinoplasty can give me the perfect result or not? Is there any negative results of that?

Alar base reduction is a rhinoplasty technique used to correct a wide appearance.  A small incision is placed in the crease to narrow the nostril which then will reduce the length or change the shape. The incision is very small and inconspicuous.  Depending on the anatomy it is common to use an implant to add definition to the bridge which creates a narrowing as well.

By using incisions hidden in the creases of your nose, your nostrils can be narrowed in a significant but natural way. Rhinoplasty can give you improvement - sometimes dramatic improvement - but not perfection. Tolstoy wrote "If you look for perfection, you'll never be content". There are some risks associated with rhinoplasty, and the revision rate for a primary rhinoplasty across the country may be as high as 20%. Selecting an experienced rhinoplasty specialist and having realistic expectations is critical to having a successful result.

Rhinoplasty for the wide and large nose can be done for a more refined nose. I would need to see photographs to say specifically what you need for your particular' nose.
