    Yes, your nose can be made to look similar (not exactly) to the ones in the photo.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year. Then look at the
plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a

A septoplasty and a rhinoplasty are 2 completely separate operations. A septoplasty is performed in the back of the nose for obstructing bone and cartilage blocking air flow and is performed for medical necessity. The rhinoplasty procedure  surgically changes the existing bone and cartilage structure to give a pleasing result. This would involve shaving down the dorsal hump which is composed of both bone and cartilage, some minor tip adjustments to the lower lateral cartilages and osteotomies to the nasal bones to straighten and narrow them. Thank you for the photos and you are an excellent candidate for the procedures that you desire.  I would go on consults with board certifed Plastic Surgeons in your area and have them take your photo digitally and later it with your input till you see the result on your face that you desire.  Assuming that result is realistic, ask the surgeon how he wold accomplisch it so you are fully informed.Dr. Corbin
