I want the bridge of my nose to appear softer and smoother, and not so prominent. And the overall shape of my nose not to be so triangular. I'm not sure if you can tell by the photos but my nose slightly slants to one side. And i really don't like how prominent and visible my septum is. Would i need a septoplasty to fix this? What surgical procedures would i need to change my nose similar to the one in the photo?

Look for a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can perform all of the procedures you want performed, and performs them routinely. Look at their board certifications, ratings and reviews, testimonials, and before and after photo gallery for best results
A known complication of rhinoplasty surgery is called a pinched tip deformity. This often results when there is overresection of the lower lateral cartilages. It is difficult to say from your photographs however, my advice would be to seek a second opinion from a board certified or board,...
Nasal whistling could indicate a septal perforation which could have resulted from your injury. You need to see an ENT to have an internal nasal exam done.
