I want the bridge of my nose to appear softer and smoother, and not so prominent. And the overall shape of my nose not to be so triangular. I'm not sure if you can tell by the photos but my nose slightly slants to one side. And i really don't like how prominent and visible my septum is. Would i need a septoplasty to fix this? What surgical procedures would i need to change my nose similar to the one in the photo?

A septoplasty is performed in the back of the nose for obstructing bone and cartilage blocking air flow and is performed for medical necessity. This would involve shaving down the dorsal hump which is composed of both bone and cartilage, some minor tip adjustments to the lower lateral cartilages and osteotomies to the nasal bones to straighten and narrow them. Answer: Goals of My Rhinoplasty Surgery Your nose can be reduced and refined as you have proposed. You may not be able to get the definition as the models you've shown because your skin is a little thicker than theirs. This can be determined after examination during a consultation.
