My nose is becoming more bulbous with age, why is this? I am 36 Yeats old. My nose is also long, could rhino surgery reduce the length and width without any issue?

Many thanks for the question.From the photos it seems its oily skin over the nose that is getting slowly a kind of more and more hypertrophy resulting into a bulbous tip.Treatment of this issue is simple and non surgical.You dont seem to need surgery from the limited information that I have without clinical examination.If you were my patient I will inject some Kenacort to reduce the sebaseous gland hypertrophy that will bring back the old shape of the tip of your nose.
