My nose seems to be getting more bulbous as I age, more noticeable in the last year, can surgery reduce this? (photos)

Many thanks for the question.From the photos it seems its oily skin over the nose that is getting slowly a kind of more and more hypertrophy resulting into a bulbous tip.Treatment of this issue is simple and non surgical.You dont seem to need surgery from the limited information that I have without clinical examination.If you were my patient I will inject some Kenacort to reduce the sebaseous gland hypertrophy that will bring back the old shape of the tip of your nose.
