Everyone says I'm crazy, but my nose has gotten bigger & fatter after 2 pregnancies. Is this possible? (photos)

Hello, and thank you for your photos!Noses can change due to pregnancies, weight gain, etc.. So -- you're not crazy! It is common. Sometimes you have to wait a year and see if it goes back to normal or not.Based on your photos-- you are a very good candidate for a cosmetic rhinoplasty. You will def see improvements after the surgery. You have very good features, and your nose is a bit wide for your face. So, in the right hands-- it is possible to achieve a more elegant, more feminine nose. 

Aging, pregnancies, weight changes can all effect the nasal appearances. So you are NOT crazy. But you could have had rhinoplasty surgery years ago also...

Dear WannaBePretty, Noses do change with time, age, weight gain, pregnancy etc…so "no" you are not crazy. I do think you are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. You will want to make sure the surgeon you pick has expertise in ethnic rhinoplasty so that you have a natural looking appearance to your nose post surgery that compliments your facial aesthetics. Digital imaging will help for you to see the proposed surgical changes and at the time of your consultation and examination then further discussion may be had regarding possible fillers to augment the cheek area.
