Got hit by an elbow, nose is crooked, cartilage between nostrils is able to move and makes a clicking noise. Is my nose broken?

Bled after getting hit by an elbow. Was told my eyes looked darker underneath them. Cardilage far up between the nostrils is able to move and makes clicking nose. Looks somewhat swollen/crooked.
