Is It Normal to Have a More Pronounced Hump After a Rhinoplasty?

Procedure was done a month ago! I took some fat out of the tip. some suturs and cartilage grafting was done too. Dr Performed a control bone fracture as well, but now to me, my profile view is very distorted, I have a hard boney bump and when I smile my nose drifts to the left by I would say 1-2 mm

This could be swelling, but it would be difficult to determine with a single photo.  I would follow with your surgeon for an exam at this early stage to address your concerns.  Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, operative time, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed etc.  In my patients, about 80% of the swelling is gone at about a month or so.
