It's very common to experience swelling after a septo-rhinoplasty for up to two years, and it is especially normal to the degree in which you are describing as you are only one month out of the procedure. It's important to be patient during this time until your final results can be seen. If you're overly concerned, you should follow up with your treating surgeon.

You will still be significantly swollen one month after rhinoplasty. In general, 70% of the swelling resolves after the first 3 months and the remainder goes down over time.  It can take 18-24 months for the final result of your surgery to be evident. It is important to be patient during the healing process, as it can take some time. I would recommend communicating any concerns to your surgeon while you are healing, as they know the extent of your procedure and exactly what was performed. At one month after rhinoplasty revision, you should realize that there will be a lot of swelling.  Give it time to settle down.
