I had a septoplasty 7 years ago when columella(Septo) of nose was removed as it was coming out on left side, as a result my nose had saddled and deviated.I had a Septorhinoplasty one month ago. Also i had osteotomy done during septorhinoplasty to create a groove in the root as it was . My rib cartilage was used for grafting. Columella was reconstructed to have a proper slope from root to tip. Now my nose looks very very big from the front view. Its Just one month now what should i expect?
