It sounds like you have inverted nipples. The good news is that it sounds like they do evert with some stimulation.  I have had many patients whose nipples don't evert at all.  This can be a very easy fix which can be done in the office under local anesthesia. The problem is that it may very well limit you from breast feeding in the future. I would strongly recommend you discuss this with your parents - if they are supportive I would then recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for some guidance.

Nipple inversion is caused by fibrous smooth muscle bands that cause the nipple to retract.  Nipple inversion can be corrected by a relatively simple surgical procedure where a small incision is made at the base of the nipple and the bands are released using a small scissors.  The release is much like popping a guitar string.  The only problem with doing this procedure at your age is the possibility of not being able to breast feed afterwards.
