It's normal to feel soreness and small bumps (most likely muscle tightening sutures) after an abdominoplasty. The internal and skin sutures are strong enough to withstand small strains caused by laughing coughing or sneezing particularly if you are wearing your pressure garment. It is advisable to wear your abdominal support at all times for the first 3 weeks at least and at least for 12 hours a day for the next 3 to 4 weeks. What is a complete no no is to start on any form of abdominal / chest exercises or lifting weights early on. 
Don't worry you seem to be on the right track. 

9 days post surgery is a bit too early to make a judgement call on your procedure. Give it time. You will get to know better once the swelling has come down significantly which is actually a few weeks down the line.Be patient. And no, in my experience, nasal exercises don't work in a reduction rhinoplasty 

Hi there.Things are not as bad as you think they are. You seem to have won over the first stage of the battle of the bulge. You will need to undergo all of the procedures you have mentioned in order to get back into as near a normal shape as possible. So Armlift for arm reduction, full abdominoplasty for abdominal fat reduction and muscle laxity, Liposuction of the back area, and Breast Lift with mild reduction for saggy breasts. You can undergo all of these procedures in a single stage or in two stages. Procedures are done under GA. Its just a matter of taking the decision. Good Luck!

Hi there. 3.6 litres of liposuction aspirate is a bit too less for a person of your weight to start with. With tumescent liposuction 4.5 to 5 litres of fat aspirate can be safely removed, with minimal risk . If you undergo Ultrasonic liposuction almost double the amount of fat can be removed with lesser bleeding, pain and better recovery. Having said that, you are still a bit early in the postop period and will be having plenty of swelling from the surgical areas still around. It is wiser to wait for full 6-8 week period before reassessing. Just follow up with your surgeon.  

You are a little early on in the post op period and all these ridges and lumps will settle down over the next 6 to 8 weeks. Just wait a bit, wear your pressure garment (as important as the surgery itself) and massage after a few weeks. Good Luck.
