will my implants get soft and movable?

Thank you for your question.  Overall, your breasts should not get "squishy and move around".  When the implants are inserted, a precise pocket is created so there is no significant extra room for the implant to move around.  The skin will likely stretch out a bit, but should not get "squishy".  There will be a lot of changes that happen over the next weeks to months.  Be sure to follow up closely with your surgeon as they can guide you through this process.

It does take a number of weeks for implants to soften and for the swelling to settle. You should remain in your support bra and follow your PS post op regime.
