What is the weight (in pounds) for one single Silicone Gel breast implant measuring 450 cc's?

It is more or less one pound. You can try filling a baggy with a lb of rice and wearing it in your bra to see how it feels.However please note that this won't give you an idea of size, as the rice will look bigger than an implant.
