It is not unusual to run a low grade temperature after surgery. This could be due to a urinary tract infection or collection of fluid in the lungs. If you have no further symptoms then you should be fine. If the temperature continues then you should contact your surgeon.
The most common cause of low grade fevers from surgery is atelectasis (where the air sacs in your lungs collapse a bit because a patient is not taking deep breaths). However, I would still notify your surgeon about the fever.
