Can my facial asymmetry be fixed? (Photo)

My smile is pretty messed up and it's been hard dealing with it for as long as I can remember, my face is normal for the most part except left eye is bigger than right eye and doesn't really work, left part of my face is kind of weird, is there anything that can be done? I don't think nerves can be fixed though. I'm just exploring options.
