My breasts are too large and very pendulous. What should I do? (Photo)

According to your symptoms and photos you are a great candidate for a breast reduction.  Part of a breast reduction is the lifting of the breasts so it is not considered a separate procedure.  Discuss your goals with a board certified plastic surgeon and come up with a reduction plan that will work for you.  According to your desired size you can remove a little breast or a lot depending on the final size goal.Best WishesDr. Peterson

There is plenty of scientific evidence to suggest that Breast Reduction helps improve your posture and helps your neck and back pain. Not to mention the added benefit of finding better fitting clothes and swimmers.If you want a better clevage ( upper pole fullness) you can consider an auto augmentation ( using your own breast tissue or an implant. The best course of action would be to seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience helping patients in your situation.  Ask to see lots of examples of the plastic surgeons' work and preferably communicate with other patients who have had similar procedures performed. Make sure that you communicate your personal concerns/goals/life circumstances carefully.
