I Got my Braces off a Day Ago and I Didn't Get a Retainer Should I Be Worried About Shifting?

I got my braces off on a Wednesday and I get my retainers this upcoming Monday but I feel that my front row has been moving a little. Will my retainers move it back into place?

I have to tell you that the whole idea that moving teeth forward to correct tmj and breathing problems is very controversial.  NOT ever orthodontist believes that this is a proper treatment!  Before you start such an involved treatment get at least 2 other opinions from orthodontists...
