If after six months, you are still not satisfied with the appearance of breasts, you can consult your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. Based on your photo it appears your implants have not fully dropped into the breast pocket. They appear high which is causing your nipple to point down. It may take several weeks to see your final result. Follow up with your surgeon so he can monitor your progress.
