I discussed a lift with implants with my doctor . Originally only wanted to fill volume - he suggested silicone implants in 200's cc. I changed my mind and wanted a C cup so we discussed sizes 275-320cc. i woke up from surgery with small breast using only a 210 &240cc, implants. He said he could not fit any larger size in my skin envelope. I could increase the size later. I never heard of this. I only wanted a C. Is this possible? I don't want to have another surgery. you should wait at least 6 months for the next surgery. You are still in early stage of recovery so you can expect that the shape of your breasts will change in the following weeks and months. It can take up to 4-6 months until your breasts get their final shape.
