Doctor said he could only fit a 210cc implant in my breast Lift with implants. Never heard of this before? Wanted C cup (Photo)

Looking at your photos, I would agree with your surgeon and the fact that he has made a wise judgement in not using too large implants. In general, the size of implants you can have and yet look natural is dictated by the dimensions of your chest and your breast envelope. If you only wanted to be C cup then you may well be with your current implants and your own breast tissue volume. You will have to wait and see when the swelling settles in about 3 to 6 months. If large implants are used during an uplift procedure, it can potentially compromise the circualtion to your nipples and skin, giving you significant problems. It is better to have slightly smaller breasts with a good shape to them rather than have large breasts without a nipple!

Not sure why your doctor said that. I would have to see you in person to determine what implant would be best for you, but an implant more than 210 should be possible.

Your surgeon may have made this decision for safety reasons. To place a larger implant during your lift may have compromised blood flow to the nipple areola and if so could have caused loss of the nipple areola. Please discuss in detail with your surgeon/
