Hello. I've recently read about the Dr. CYJ hair filler that's supposed to improve hair regrowth. I want to know if it's effective. Also, I'm worried about the potential risks because the substance is injected in the scalp. Is there any danger of serious complications like blindness, stroke, etc.?
