Is the Dr. CYJ hair filler effective and what are the risks of this procedure?

Hello. I've recently read about the Dr. CYJ hair filler that's supposed to improve hair regrowth. I want to know if it's effective. Also, I'm worried about the potential risks because the substance is injected in the scalp. Is there any danger of serious complications like blindness, stroke, etc.? Use of topical peptides is effective for many cases of androgenic alopecia. When one injects peptides, in the United States, it's considered a drug and needs to go through drug trials. I am not familiar with any such trials for this product. Risks would be revealed in the trials. It would be a lot safer and yield better results if you used PRP or Exosomes.

They just took some fairly random molecules and made very strong (and ridiculous) claims - such as "would lead to the formation of new hairs). This is not possible in normal skin.
