Can Exosomes regrow a hairline?

 EXOSOMES  can provide regrowth in patients where PRP is inadequate. The hairline is a unique area. One needs to distinguish between hairline maturization and hairline loss due to androgenic alopecia. Exosomes should be able to improve the hair loss from androgenic alopecia. A transplant is needed if you're not happy with your normal hairline maturation. While there is evidence that PRP can increase hair density in the average person, I do not believe there are any scientific studies demonstrating the effectiveness of exosomal therapy for hair regrowth.  It is new therapy which may play a role in hair regeneration in the future.   But, at this point in time, there is no guarantee of getting any significant hair regrowth.

Hello and thank you for your question. I have not used Exosomes in my practice so  I don't feel I can comment. I do know that at the age of 23 you are too young for a transplant if that’s what you’re thinking. Please see a specialist and find out what your best path forward is. Best wishes.Dr. T
