Can I get rid of glands on my nose by plastic surgery?

I have glands on my nose. They grow occasionally and reduces after some time automatically. Also size of my nose is large. Can plastic surgery on my nose help to get rid of glands. During Earlier treatments doctors told that the glands are due to too oily skin.
