Like Megan Fox & Kylie Jenner achieved, I want that sultry look. I have semi hooded eyes & I've always wanted bigger ones. I don't want them to look round or frog like, but I want upper eyelid surgery so I have more room to work with, in terms of makeup. The first photo is what my eyes look like without any makeup on. The second photo are Kylie's eyes. You can see the slight, yet very visible difference. I want that sultry look. Can this surgery give me the look I want to achieve with my eyes?

Answer: Kylie is either developing upper eyelid ptosis or has a complication from an eyelid surgery.
Adjusting this part of the head is something I do regularly. It may involve changes to the eyelids, eyebrows, forehead bone, or nose. Without a picture it's very hard to tell.
