I want upper eyelid surgery for a more sultry look, but I don't want it to change the shape of my eyes (Photo)

She has never admitted to having eyelid surgery.  She has admitted to having lip filler.  What is the truth? Unless she comes clean with the public, we will never know.  You have bilateral upper eyelid ptosis and would benefit from expert cosmetic eyelid surgery.

Thank you for your question.You can have bigger and more attractive eyes  with upper eyelid surgery. The photographs of the celebrities that you have shared, show a different look and narrower eye apertures. A more open, wide look to the eyes (that can be achieved by surgery) is generally more desirable then a narrower, droopy look. I think the look you are describing has more to do with the lower eyelids and eyes being more almond shaped. It may be possible to get more almond shape eyes. It requires proper examination, consultation. See following video and link.

Thank you for sharing your question. The photo stating 2015 shows ptosis (drooping eyelid). This is not considered more attractive than open eyes to most people.
