Correcting fat transfer contour deformity - what is the best option to fix this? (Photos)

I had fat transfer for genetic, vascular dark circles (not tear trough deformity) years ago, and this dynamic dent immediately formed at my right eyelid-cheek junction, with a bulge above it. I’ve consulted with multiple oculoplastic surgeons but am yet to find a strategy that feels right. If the transferred fat is simply removed, might the dent still remain? Is there some way to protect against this possibility? Thanks for your expertise.
