I have a very square buttocks. I have like a fat roll right at the top of my buttocks and right below my lower back that makes my bottom look so square. I guess you can call it muffin butt. Will I have to get that section cut out or will a BBL with lipo correct it?
Answer: BBL and body contouring Part of BBL procedure is contouring by reshaping the body and as a bonus transferring the fat to areas that need it. In this case the fat is transferred to the buttocks. Liposuction should solve the issue of fullness where it is not wanted.

From what I can tell in the photos, you would be a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. I think you would be able to achieve your desired results of an hourglass shape and rounder bottom with liposuction to your abdomen, flanks and back and fat transfer to your bottom. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon.
