Whats is going on with my body? An intense burning and itching sensation started 4 months post-op, I am now 6 months PO.

Question

I had a tummy tuck, lips and BBL, I am now 6 months post op. I still have lots of swelling on my back and abdomen. if I get over heated my back starts to have this intense burning and itching sensation which brings me to tears. Hot showers, and working out ignites this sensation, I don't understand my body and I didn't have these changes earlier into my recover.
