I had abdominal liposuction with bodytite. It’s been 6 months and the results are horrible. Bodytite didn’t work I have saggy skin and my abdomen is disfigured. What caused this to happen and how can it be fixed?

I'm  sorry you have had poor results from surgery.  From the photos the best option for you would be a standard tummy tuck.  This would address subcutaneous fat, excess skin, and correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result would a be a flatter, tighter tummy.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

You do not seem to have a diastasis rectus and the your liposuction looks like it got rid of your excess fat. You are now left with loose skin. This can be fixed with a skin only abdominoplasty[tummy tuck]. Not sure if you need a full, mini, or intermediate where we float your belly button down, so would need to examine you in person to make sure. You should end up with a much improved condition.
