You do not seem to have a diastasis rectus and the your liposuction looks like it got rid of your excess fat. You are now left with loose skin. This can be fixed with a skin only abdominoplasty[tummy tuck]. Not sure if you need a full, mini, or intermediate where we float your belly button down, so would need to examine you in person to make sure. You should end up with a much improved condition. I'm sorry you have had poor results from surgery. From the photos the best option for you would be a standard tummy tuck. This would address subcutaneous fat, excess skin, and correct abdominal wall laxity. The result would a be a flatter, tighter tummy. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
