Yes, BodyTite (Radiofrequency Assisted Liposuction - RL) can be used on the front of the thighs to help with skin tightening and improvement of cellulite. Here’s how it works and what it can achieve:Radiofrequency Assisted Liposuction (RFAL): BodyTite is a type of RFAL procedure that combines liposuction with radiofrequency energy. The RF energy is delivered through a small cannula inserted under the skin, which heats the tissue and stimulates collagen production.Skin Tightening: The RF energy used in BodyTite heats the skin from within, causing contraction of the collagen fibers and tightening loose skin. This can be particularly beneficial in areas where skin laxity is a concern, such as the thighs.Cellulite Improvement: While BodyTite primarily focuses on skin tightening rather than cellulite reduction, the heat generated can improve the appearance of cellulite to some extent by smoothing out the skin surface.Treatment Area: BodyTite can be used on various areas of the body where skin laxity and excess fat are issues, including the thighs (both front and back), abdomen, arms, and neck. Results: Patients typically experience a noticeable improvement in skin tightness and contouring after BodyTite. The results continue to improve over several months as collagen production increases and the skin adjusts to its new contours. It’s important to consult with a qualified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who can assess your specific concerns and determine if BodyTite is appropriate for you. They can also discuss expected outcomes, potential risks, and the recovery process based on your individual needs and goals.
Hello,Thanks for your question. Unfortunately without photos, it is difficult to provide a specific answer to your concerns or determine if you are a suitable candidate. There are several skin-tightening methods (surgical and non- surgical) for the thighs area. it is also important a detailed assessment of the area to be treated, your skin e.g. elasticity, muscle tone, smoking status, age, history of significant weight fluctuations. My experience is with Bodytite ( 1 session) in combination with Morpheus 8 (3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart ), Renuvion-J plasma (requires only 1 session) , Exilis 360 Ultra ( Radiofrequency and Ultrasound) that require 5 to 10 sessions usually once a week. I also combine the above procedures with Profhilo, collagen-stimulating dermal fillers ( e.g. Radiesse, Sculptra etc. ), collagen drink and skincare in indicated. The procedures above can help for skin tightening however cellulitis in my opinion is more challenge to address. Bodytite deliver radiofrequency energy that can improve the appearance of cellulite but not remove it. I recommend scheduling a consultation with an expert doctor in body contouring and skin tightening for a medical assessment to determine the best treatment plan for you. I wish you all the best in achieving your desired results. Dr Giuseppe Fiore
I regularly perform BodyTite on the circumferential thighs, so the anterior thigh is addressed with this. For challenging areas, I will also add BodyMorpheus to help with the overall skin laxity and texture.
Yes, BodyTite RL (Radiofrequency-Assisted Liposuction) is a minimally invasive procedure that can be used to tighten skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite on the front of the thighs. It uses radiofrequency energy to heat the deep layers of the skin and stimulate collagen production, which can improve skin elasticity and firmness.During the procedure, a small cannula is inserted into the treatment area through a small incision. The cannula delivers radiofrequency energy to the underlying tissues while simultaneously removing excess fat through gentle suction. The heat generated by the radiofrequency energy also helps to coagulate blood vessels, which can reduce bruising and swelling.BodyTite RL is generally considered safe and effective for treating loose skin and cellulite on various areas of the body, including the front of the thighs. However, as with any medical procedure, there are some potential risks and side effects, such as swelling, bruising, and infection. It's important to consult with a qualified and experienced medical professional to determine if you're a good candidate for the procedure and to discuss the potential risks and benefits.Best of luck !
Unfortunately, this is a common problem in women with thin skin and over 40 years of age when liposuction is performed on the front of the leg or above the knee. In patients like you, it is necessary to remove very little fat and to add a skin tightening device such as Laser Liposuction,...
To understand what is best for you it's important to understand what each procedure can address. From the submitted photos you have a combination of subcutaneous fat as well as visceral fat. Subcutaneous fat is the fat behind your skin but in front of the abdominal wall. This can be address...
Hello LisaAnn, Thank you for your questions and photographs. Judging by the pictures, you appear to have good muscle tone in your arms but some excess skin, too. If your skin laxity is significant, a Brachioplasty is the most effective solution, while RF or J-Plasma may help in mild to...
