Hello, Thanks for your question and photo. The above knee areas is very challenge area to treat. Loose skin over the knee area after liposuction can be a quite common concern for patients who have undergone the procedure. The extent of loose skin will depend on several factors, including the amount of fat removed, skin elasticity, and the patient's age and surgical technique. Based on the picture, in my opinion the first option should be a surgical lift: this procedure involves removing excess skin and some fat in excess (if required) from the knee area. However this approach is a rather invasive procedure that necessitates a lengthy scar on your knee areas. If you are not keen on undergoing this surgery, then the second, less invasive option would be either Bodytite or Renuvion/J Plasma. This procedure boosts the likelihood of skin tightening, reducing the risk of "saggy" skin. There are also non-surgical options that can improve the appearance of loose skin. Some common skin tightening treatments that may be recommended include : - Microneedling in combination with radiofrequency : e.g. Morpheus 8 for body - Ultrasound in combination with Radiofrequency : e.g. exilis Ultra 360 The non-invasive treatments typically requires several sessions for better results. In my clinical practice, if the patient refuses to undergo to surgical lift, then I offer an alternative option : bodytite (one session) in combination with Morpheus 8 ( 3 sessions 4-6 weeks apart) or Renuvion/J plasma ( 1 session). It is important to note that Morpheus 8 is a safe and effective treatment when performed by a qualified doctor. The treatment is minimally invasive and has a short recovery time. I would like to wait 3 to 6 months and re assess the patient and consider surgical lift IF required based also on patient's expectations. It is essential to perform a thorough medical evaluation during an in-person consultation to evaluate the quality of your skin (elasticity, skin irregularities, excess skin ) and some localized fat that must be addressed in order to make a bespoke treatment. Best Wishes, Dr Giuseppe Fiore
