Has my Mommy Makeover gone wrong? (photos)

Question

Not only am I upset with the size of my breasts to which the dr. Said they would be the same size after my breast lift. But what in the heck is wrong with my nipple? Or the huge bulge on my hip? August 18th I had an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with reduction on just my right to make them the same size (I was a DDD36 prior to surgery now I can not fit into a D38) , and lipo on flanks and hips. I feel like my body shouldn't look this way.

Thank you for your pictures.  This is not a good outcome no matter what stage of healing you may be in.  You will need a revision.  I would seek a plastic surgeon with expertise in revision surgery.

Sorry that you are unhappy with you result. You may want to wait a few months to see the final breast result. For your abdomen, you may consider extending the incision all the way around your abdomen for a better result. See Case # 108 in the link below.

Even though you are early from surgery, you will likely have some issues that will need revision when things settle.  You really need to give it a few more months to see where things are and discuss options with your board certified plastic surgeon.  If he or she is not board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, find one that is.
