I had a mommy makeover and I'm content with the tummy tuck. However, I am distraught over my breast lift. I was a DDD prior to surgery and now I cannot fit into a d bra :(. I also think he messed up on my right breast. Does this look okay? I am so unhappy :(

Answer: Revision surgery Taking a quick look at your pictures it seems like your surgery was recent so you should consider to adress your doubts with surgeon as he is the one who can explain you if there is any issue with your breast, so please be patient and dont consider a revision until you see your finals result which will be seen after 4-6 months after your surgery. Good luck!

Answer: Mommy makeover It sounds like you had a breast lift with reduction of volume to have gone from a DDD to a D. It has been my experience that women feel their breasts are smaller once the excess skin is removed even if no breast tissue is removed with the skin. It also looks like from your photo that you are still healing, so I am assuming you are not more than a few weeks out from your surgery. Be patient the shape of breasts after a lift or reduction can be a little funny in the beginning. Depending on the technique used, they can appear boxy. They will settle over 2-3 months after surgery and the shape will become more natural.
