Severe angular cheilities scar on my lips corners. What can I do? (photos)

Hi Doctor, I had a severe Angular cheilities 10 years ago, after few months were gone but the scar mark still on my lip corners. There is no pain and irritation but it looks awkward while I open my mouth... Tried many ways but can’t get rid of this... plz suggest best solution for me ... Thanks.

Scar revision requires in-depth experience and can improve the visibility of scarred tissue. We use a HIDEF approach that includes Vbeam laser for red and active scars, combination fractional and non-ablative laser for active hypertrophic and keloid scars, and micro fractional laser for surface topography. These can improve PIH, PIE, textural scars, and deeply red or pigmented scars.
