I have been using LACTULOSE and was concerned if that is causing my hair to fall out? I have never experienced this before, I have also been suffering from anorexia for 20 years and have never had this problem, I am in treatment for my anorexia and am eating now, which has totally confused me as more than anything I thought that I should be having the nutrition and this shouldn't be happening, as before I was starving myself and this never happened, can vitamin cause hair lost and LACTULOSE

You need to ask these questions to your doctor and explore why you are losing hair. Anorexia itself may also be a cause of hair loss.

Lactulose doesn't usually cause hair loss. However the deficiencies (protein vitamin and mineral) associated with anorexia certainly can.  There are 100 reasons for hair loss. For an individual with anorexia, the hair loss may be related to anorexia or might not be related to anorexia. Only with a detailed medical history, carefully examination of the scalp and blood tests can one figure out if a person's anorexia is related to their hair loss or not. It may or may not be.
