I have heard that frequent masturbation causes hair thining, until I saw it my self. My hair have become thinner, weaker and people feel I am going bald. I am 25 by the way. Now I have decided to quit it for the good since I am beginning to loose my looks. How can I recover my hair faster. I need my hair volume back. I am planning not to go for a surgery since there is no history of my forefathers going bald either. Thus it cannot be hereditary. I am loosing my hair from the center of my head.

Use minoxidil as directed. The instructions are usually written on the box or on the back of the bottle.  Since it is a medication that needs to go on your scalp, it would make sense to use it when your scalp is dry.
