Can I use Minoxidil again after I used it before?

I am 22 years old now I am losing hair since the age of 18 so I used minoxidel so my hair got much better (used it when I was 20 years old for a year) and then I stopped after 3 months I started loosing it again should I use minoxidl again or what ... Please help me

If you stop using Rogaine (minoxidil) it will stop working.  You have to continue using it or you will lose the hairs you gained

First you need to see a doctor, as minoxidil will not reverse the genetic balding that is most common in 22 year old men as the cause of balding. The doctor, if he believes that you have genetic balding will prescribe you the drug Propecia which is highly effective at stopping or reversing hair loss in 22 year old men.
