How long does it take for 8ml of plasma to be observed on face? (Photo)

I had a PRP injection ,but after injection i did not have any swelling or feeling that i had PRP injection and after two days i have bruis on injection part, i called the doctor and she said it was observed by ur skin, but is it possible that 8ml of plasma obsorbed in 1 hour?
