I am 70 healthy, 5'5", 128 to 132 all my adult life but always had a baby face fullness. Over the years I could see my high check bones appear to my liking. The last few years have lost much volume. Injections are not an option that I would consider. But interested in my own PRP. I have used PRP for joint repair, very impressed.
Answer: Can the PRP face lift help restore some firmness to the loose skin due to collagen loss? Long term, PRP injections to the face with microneedling will help stimulate the production of collagen and help make your face look fuller and tighter.

Answer: Will the Vampire Facelift help with my loose skin caused by collagen loss?? Ask Dr. Ellen... The Vampire Facelift utilizes a combination of hyaluronic acids and platelet rich plasma to perform synergistic anti-aging functions. When strategically injected, the HA’s act to ‘lift’ collapsed areas and even out transition zones between the various areas of the face. This helps to restore a more youthful and natural shape/structure to the face. But, it’s the addition of PRP that starts the magic! PRP serves as the vehicle to deliver your own biologic growth factors into your tissue to activate stem cells. The injected tissue takes the form of blood vessels, collagen and elastin, hyaluronic acid, fatty tissue, and the matrix that holds cells together and thickens the skin. In this manner, color, fine lines, texture, moisture and overall quality and integrity are improved. The Vampire Facelift introduces a credible and regenerative biologic stimulus directly to cells of our aging skin. PRP doesn’t just sit on your skin, it becomes your skin. So, YES, it’s perfect for the tissue laxity due to the aging face! In Good Health, Dr. Ellen Mahony

Answer: PRP Facial, Vampire Facelift PRP micro-needling AKA the Vampire Facial is performed by isolating a patient's own platelets and driving them into the face with thousands of channels created with a micro-needling device. Side effects include redness, bruising, swelling, scratches, allergic reactions to numbing creams and alcohol and infections. Patients report a high satisfaction rate after one to three treatments during a six month period. PRP injection AKA the Vampire Facelift involves injecting one's own platelets below the skin into select problem areas (the lower eyelids, between the brows, around the mouth, cheeks or forehead. Improvement in fine lines, large pores, discolorations and skin texture should be evident within one month following one treatment. Significant volume enhancement or skin tightening are not to be expected from PRP treatments alone. For patients desiring augmentation PRP combined with fillers, fat or Sculptra injections should enhance the results and longevity of these treatments. Bruising and swelling are more common after the injections than micro-needling. Please consult with an experienced Board Certified Specialist prior to making treatment decisions.

Answer: Platelet Rich Plasma Face Lift Hello! Thanks for your question. The PRP or vampire face lift does restore some volume loss and in the long run actually helps your skin produce more of its own collagen, thus helping to fill out your face and lift your skin. Whether the PRP facelift will give you the results you want will really depend on the extent and position of your volume loss. You should schedule an in-person consultation with a board-certified physician, dermatologist or plastic surgeon -- their evaluation will help you understand what a PRP facelift will be able to accomplish for your specific concerns. Good luck!
