Harvesting eggs for donation is performed with laparoscopical procedure and needs general anesthesia or at least sedation. 4 weeks after breast augmentation seems a good choice. From another viewpoint, although it is a cosmetic procedure, subjected surgical stress may interfere with ovulation and ovulatory hormones. Eggs are limited in number for each woman so I would suggest you to postpone breast augmentation after successful collection of quality eggs.
