3 weeks post op breast lift with implants. Cosmetic tattooing vs. areola scar revision?

I'm 3 weeks PO breast lift with augmentation and might need a slight revision for areola asymmetry. The position is fine, but the sizes are different. What are pros and cons of tattooing for correction vs. revision surgery? Dr. Hall believes nipple piercings potentially increase the risk for capsular contracture. Would areola tattooing pose a similar risk? I do realize it's very early and I need to wait several months before doing anything. Thanks!

Hello, I personally don't think TENS can help any nerve regeneration, in fact, it can delay it as per animal studies in some research lab. I think injections of Mecobalamin ( Vit B12) once a week for 5 weeks can help.  I wish you all the best.
