There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. My practice is devoted to helping people after unsatisfactory prior eyelid surgery. While the lid height may be close, the creases seem to be off. In particular the left upper eyelid (assuming you are not flipping the photos) looks hollow. There seems to be a compensatory left eyebrow elevation suggesting uncorrected latent ptosis. Your eyes look roundish and less almond. That suggests the lateral canthal tendons were not addressed with the eyelid surgery. This makes a significant difference. Yes these eyelids can be improved with revisional surgery. The subtle changes often make a profound difference in helping the eyelids look more natural. Your eyes can be you best feature.
