Bioidentical hormone before facelift?

I Will have a facelift in 10 dans. I’m 52. I take bioidentical hormone. Iv tryed to stop a month ago but I cannot sleep. I take again my hormone for 7 days. I Will have 11 days without hormone before my surgery. Is it ok?They t, after 2 weeks and after one week Idont know what believe Also after surgery how many Time I can take my hormone? Thank you

If your hormones are bio identical, then I see no reason for you to stop taking them before surgery.
The idea after all it’s for them to be bio identical.
Whenever people take hormones, their natural hormone production will typically be reduced.

If you abruptly stop hormone supplements, it will take your body a long time to catch up and this will leave you hormone depleted, which is undesirable.
I recommend you have your prescribing doctor guide hormone management as indicated For surgery.
Personally, I see absolutely no reason why your hormones should be stopped or changed because you’re having surgery.
After all the whole point of having my equivalent hormones is to have hormone levels that are normal.
Is your plastic surgeon telling you to stop taking hormones? If so, why?
It is certainly not appropriate for us to tell you how to take or not take hormones in regards to surgery.
These are all decisions that should be made from your prescribing doctor and your plastic surgeon.
If you have questions, you need to have those providers guide you through this process.
 This all seems very simple and straightforward to me but I’m not the one taking care of you.
