I have done endoscopic cheek and brow lift surgery without canthopaxy but it changes my eye shape completely i had a big round eye and now it is more like cat eye very streatched and small pls help me if i can get back my eye shape i just dnt like my small stretched eye Can a revision possible pls tell me in detail

Thank you for your question and pictures. How long ago was your surgery? If it has been less than 6 months since your surgery, I would not do anything as swelling and muscle/nerve recovery can take some time to resolve or complete. On the post-op picture, it looks like your upper eyelids are slightly lower than the pre-op picture. This can be due to swelling and as swelling goes away, the eyelid will move more upwards opening your eye more. Endoscopic brow lift should not effect position or function of your upper eyelids unless you have a lot of brow ptosis, which doesn't look like you had based on the pre-op picture. Cheek lift can effect position of your lower eyelids and bring them up making the opening of the eye smaller. Best way to change that back is to reverse the cheek lift, which you have to decide what is more important to you: a more prominent cheek or a bigger eye opening.
