I am a 25 year old female interested in rhinoplasty to correct my upturned and bulbous nose tip. When i pull down on my nose tip to see what it could look like if I got it straightened out, it pulls down on the skin of the inner corner of my eyes, thus given a mishapen look to my eyes. So if I do get rhinoplasty where I assume the surgeon will be pulling down the tip of my nose, will it also pull down the skin around my inner eyes and leave me looking funny? Thanks
