I had -5 and -4.5 in eyes. kept doing the surgery because I was getting astigmatism and nearsightedness back of either -0.75. The last procedure I had a -0.50 astigmatism both eyes.they did the surgery again.Im +0.5 They say that it will go away on its own in another 6 months. I have strain watching tv and reading, in the morning my eyes start to hurt than into my forehead. I saw 2 ophthalmologist and they say symptoms are illogical maybe its migraine. They said I dont need glasses, no surgery

This lesion can be removed if it is superficial. Although there might be some scarring, it should be less noticeable than the current lesion. A conjunctival graft can be placed to minimize the scarring.
There can be several reasons for foggy vision after LASIK: dry eyes, infection, uncorrected refractive error, inflammation, swelling just to name a few. You should see your surgeon as soon as possible to determine the cause and any indicated treatment.
