I got my ear cartilage pierced over 3 months before starting Accutane, but now that I've been on it for 2 weeks, it has stopped healing properly (getting very dry and a little swollen - bump). Now that I have to increase the dosage, I'm afraid it will just get worse. What (cream, ointment, oil...) can I use to help it heal properly and not get a keloid scar?
