I want to make my chin longer, pointier and maybe move it forward just a little bit (ok if not ), so I can achieve a more v-shaped face like in the last picture where I have fillers. I am debating between a sliding genioplasty and an implant. however I'm a little worried about implant shifting as I know someone to who it happened and they had to have it removed. What procedure would help me achieve the best result like in the last picture?
